Can you believe that I am back writing here in this blog? I myself am in disbelief, but here I am. Here is a quick bookish wrap‑up, which felt necessary before I dive into the new year and new content, and this time, I’m really hoping that I will be blogging more often.
2025 turned out to be the year I practically lived on the road. I traveled through all kinds of places — some countries close to Bulgaria, others a bit farther across Europe. Naturally, all that moving around took a toll on my reading. If it weren’t for my Kindle always tucked in my bag, the numbers would’ve been much lower. Still, I managed a solid 38 books, which feels pretty great considering how often I was in transit.
Goodreads tells me my average rating for the year was 4.2 stars, so clearly I enjoyed most of what I picked up. Here’s a quick top five of my favorites:

This really was a year of series for me, and I’m honestly proud of how well I kept up with them. One of my goals for the new year is to continue finishing series I’ve started — especially The Black Dagger Brotherhood. I’d abandoned it for a while, but the first season of the Passionflix adaptation pulled me right back in.
